Studio 1
Open since 2012, Studio 1 is a writing and recording studio which has hosted projects by Bjork, Skepta, Arctic Monkeys, Thurston Moore, MIA, and many more inspiring artists.
Comprising a live room, control room, and several booths, Studio 1 encourages quick and spontaneous writing and recording. The studio is centred around a custom 16 Channel SSL G Series console and Apogee Symphony mkII PTHD converters. It features an extensive collection of new and vintage gear and instruments, including Telefunken U67 mics, a refurbished Yamaha U1 Piano, ATC SCM25A Pro monitors, and much more.
